Returns, Refunds, and Replacement Policy
Shipping Delays: Due to high demand and holiday season logistics, shipping may take up to 14+ days. Should shipping times be unsatisfactory, you may cancel and receive a full refund.
14-Day Return/Refund Policy: We accept returns of new and unused items within 14 days. To request a refund, email us at infoinvincipaw@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason. Include your order number and shipping name in the return package for swift processing.
Inspection and Refund Processing: After receiving and inspecting returns (up to 3 business days), allow 2-3 business days for refund processing. If there's a delay post-confirmation, contact your financial institution.
Shipping and Handling Fee: A fee applies to all returns and refunds.
Currency: Refunds processed in U.S. Dollars ($USD), consistent with the original purchase. Note: Customers bear any foreign currency transaction/exchange fees.
Replacement Policy: For replacements, return the original product. Email us at infoinvincipaw@gmail.com with your name and order number. Limit of one replacement per order. Customers cover return shipping costs.
Cancellation Policy: Changes or cancellations allowed within 24 hours of order placement. Beyond this, requests may not be feasible. Refunds for cancellations are processed within 2-3 business days.
Product Use and Safety: Adhere to usage instructions and safety guidelines. We are not liable for damage or injury from improper use. Discontinue use if discomfort occurs and contact us immediately.
Damaged Items: Report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery to infoinvincipaw@gmail.com with a clear photo. We assess eligibility for no-cost replacements. No refunds or replacements for items damaged through normal wear, tear, or misuse.
Dog Chew Toys: Our chew toys are designed to withstand typical dog chewing. However, excessive damage or destruction from aggressive chewing is not covered under our refund or replacement policy.
Shipping and Delivery: We are not responsible for shipping/delivery delays outside our control, including issues with couriers or customs. Contact the courier directly for delivery issues. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Fraud Prevention: We verify billing and shipping addresses and monitor transactions. Suspicious activities may lead to transaction cancellation.
Policy Amendments: This policy is subject to change. Customer's continued use of our products indicates acceptance of the current Return & Refund Policy.

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds or accept returns for products that have been ripped or torn, as dogs, being animals, have the natural instinct to chew and destroy items, including toys. While we endeavor to create tough, long-lasting toys, we acknowledge that with enough effort, a determined dog may be able to damage the toy.
We make every effort to ensure our dog toys are manufactured with high-quality materials and designed to withstand rigorous play. However, it's important to understand that no dog toy is completely indestructible. Dogs have varying levels of strength, chewing habits, and play styles, which can impact the durability of the toy. We cannot guarantee the longevity of any product, and durability may vary based on individual dog behavior.
It is essential to supervise your pet during playtime and regularly inspect the toy for signs of wear or damage. If you notice any potential hazards or significant wear and tear, we strongly recommend discontinuing use of the joy to prevent any harm to your pet.
